Analogy of my life.
Picture this.
You are standing in the middle of a square, locked room with nothing else in it.
There are 11 ropes hung around your neck loosely.
Your hands and legs are chained up.
The only way to free yourself is to obtain a key at the very far end of the room.
Sadly, your hands and legs are chained and you can't move.
But there is a one and only way to flee.
You have to untie every rope around your neck to free your legs and to obtain that key.
The more ropes you untie, the looser the chain on your hands and legs become
But you have work fast, for there is a timer.
The longer you take, the ropes around your neck becomes tighter.
Once the time limit is up, the ropes will automatically strangle you to death.
Scary huh?
That is the analogy of my current life.
The ropes represents the subjects I am taking and the timer represents the time frame before exams begin.
Currently the most arduous rope to untie is Chemistry
and time is running out...
Exams are just a week away and I am no where near understanding it.
So that rope will become tighter and tighter, and the key to freedom will be out of my reach.
Guess who did this?
Somebody who created the word exam
Someone who enjoys tormenting and torturing others
Some sadist who enjoy watching me suffer
Someone who knows that I will never stand a chance from fleeing
Well, whoever out there who said form 4 is a honeymoon year is so wrong
In fact form 3 is more of a honeymoon year.
*Gasp for air*
Ok back to Chemistry, before the rope strangle me
I still have a week before that rope does anything to me so I am off to study

Puff your way to death!
Have I mention that I really detest people who smokes especially in front of other people?
Gosh, my poor lungs have suffered from those polluted fumes!
Gross!
I have encountered this situation endless times!
Those smokers are so inconsiderate they kept on smoking without thinking of people surrounding them.
It is not that I am pressing them to stop their compulsive habit but just merely asking them to be more considerate.
If they want to smoke they can just politely excuse themselves from the crowds and do their smoking. When they are done they can always join back in.
This incident had happened many times especially in restaurants or crowded areas.
If this continues on, I won't be surprise in a few years to come I might be suffering from lung complications.
*Sigh
Okay, I am done with my ramblings and complains.
Hopefully, I would not encounter another situation like this!!!

A dream come true.
A gush of wind swept past my face
My legs could barely touch the ground
I was soaring higher by the minute
I unfolded my arms and closed my eyes
Breathing the chilly air as I laid back
Flying.
I was flying.
From that precipitous height I opened my eyes to fill in the details of the surroundings
It was picturesque. People of all kinds filled my vision.
Some wore dowdy clothes and some fashionable.
And they were starring at me enviously, patiently waiting for their turn to fly.
Then in that split second it was over.
My mystical wings just vanish into thin air.
Crestfallen, I dropped my arms and opened my eyes to reality
and said...
Goodbye to my dream.
Sorry if I have lost you.
I too capitulate in my thoughts.
I was in Genting that day.
Well, I was not literally flying but I was riding a ride namely the 'Spinner'
The feeling was exactly like flying.
Just use an iota of your imagination and you will feel as if you are flying.
It was an indelible ride.
Highly recommended to ride...
Before I say end my blog, I would like to wish everyone out there a Happy Chinese Year and may all your dreams come through!

Still standing or Standing still?
That phrase describes my current life perfectly.
A havoc!
I didn't blog for days because I was to busy contemplating about my life.
I have been pretty down and tired with my life these few days.
Running in and out of my house like a mad cow.
Dashing from one place to another.
Sigh* this is Form 4
Doesn't sound very pleasing huh?
"Still standing"
For one thing I know is I am still standing.
I am fighting against time and stress everyday.
Haihz, what a daunting year it is going to be!
But I will and have to get pass it.
For now there is only one thing in that is encouraging me : a quote.
"If there is a will, there is a way. If there is no way, create one"
A bit overtly optimistic huh?
Every morning when I find it hard to get up and can't resist the temptation to succumb back into my dreamland, that particular quote will be repeatedly playing in my mind. Something tells me with that quote I can live through 2009 with full of excitement and anticipation. Hopefully by the end of this year I will be still standing...
"Standing still"
Here is a scenario that you have probably come across a thousand times.
A teacher calls your name and you stood up petrified by fear.
She reads out the question and your mind becomes blank.
Then she stares daggers at you for the solution but you don't know it.
Your palms become sweaty and your visage starts to turn red.
Everyone stares at you waiting for your answer.
Yup, I am way behind my studies.
Sometimes I could not grasp what my teacher is talking about.
Even better news, my exams begins next month!
Almost everyone in my class understands what my teacher is blabbering about except me.
It is as if everyone is going ahead of me and I am standing still.
Bleh.
But like I had said earlier I have to get through this year.
It is up to me whether I am going to face it with a smile or with a frown.
Positively, I choose to do it with a smile :D
In the end I came up with a solution, I am not going to be "still standing" but "standing firm" and not going to be "standing still" but "moving on with life"
I am taking life to another pace and viewing this world with from another perspective and I will do it with a smile.
